Not a bad first…caught stealing kind of burns, but good inning by Fausto and the double by Brantley was a plus.
Nailed him! Great throw by Brantley!
They seem to be tagging the ball off Fausto, but he survives another inning with no damage on the scoreboard.
Ugggghhhh, Fausto! Please don’t fall to pieces.
Wow…that was close. From my angle, I was afraid it would be a homer.
Nice tag by Santana…still got the out. Good inning by Smith overall.
what is incredible is despite our anemic offense we are a solid little league defense away from winning the last two games….the fly ball to ezeq and that grounder to kipnis were just so routine….stephanie, how have you avoided slitting your wrists?
LOL! It’s been tough! I thought Hafner’s was out…I’ll take a tie game though. I honestly thought the game was over with the Anaheim HR, so I’ll take what I can get!
This is like the wasteland of the Indians’ lineup.
OMG! I can’t believe he hit Hannahan with an 0-2!
how did carlos get on – walk?..my dtv recording gave out.
Yup – Carlos on by walk, Hannahan hit by pitch. Buck grounded to infield, out at home.
WOW!!!!!!!!!!!
I had just said “would be nice for Kipnis’ first ML hit to be a walk off.” And so it was!
Great job. Fun to read. And a final-out victory to boot.
Thanks – we picked a good one to live blog I guess! (Although it didn’t look like that was the case for part of the game!)
