Was exciting listening to an August game with an October-like atmosphere in the later innings. Looking forward to the upcoming series against the ChiSox & Tigers.

Unfortunately, the ChiSox and Tigers have Baltimore and KC coming up. So, it looks like the Tribe will have to take matters into their own hands and continue winning.

This team will need to be at least 7 or 8 games above .500 to win the division. Let’s do this!

I thought he pitched quite well. As a sinker ball pitcher he kept the ball down in the zone and was unlucky on a couple of plays, namely the ball that hit him and trickled into right field. He kept us in the game against Verlander, who has been one of if not the best pitcher in baseball this year. Overall this series has me energized for the rest of the season as Carmona looks back to his ’07 form, Kipnis is tearing the cover off the ball, Ubaldo starting to feel comfortable, and the bullpen has been as stellar as they were at the beginning of the year. Hopefully we can continue this run into October where “we will all be Kipnisses”.
