The regression of the starting rotation doomed Radinsky. Masterson and Tomlin took big steps back this year and Jimenez is still inconsistent. Radinsky is not to blame for everything and Belcher left big shoes to fill because he was so good, but there has to be some accountability. There should be some turnover in the front office after the season as well, to account for the dreadful personnel decisions. Maybe you can say hindsight is 20-20 when it comes to individual signings like Damon or even Sizemore, but the overall strategy of going with all left-handed hitters was poor judgment and something a GM should know would not work.
