The issue with Bryson has always been consistency and a tendency to pitch up in the zone. He'll blow 2 guys away, walk the 3d and then give up a long HR.

It does appear we still have good quality and depth in the minors at RP. I think Asencio and especially Wheeler are short term band aids until Lee, Hagadone and Accardo form the next wave. The Chris Perez personal and professional implosion on Opening Day seems to have added some intensity and length to his fastball but I am not sure the team is sold on him. They will need to see more consistency from Pestano, though, before any move.

Chisenhall came up as a SS. Interesting idea whether he could change position to OF or 1B but probably unlikely since 3B is also a weak spot in the upper minors. Chisenhall has a strong arm and it seems footwork might be the problem. The Tribe did move Goedert from 3B to OF but he was a worse defender than LC.

thanks for the comments.

Any chance of changing Chisenhall's position. I know Shelley Duncan is a converted first baseman. Maybe trying him at first or left would cut down on his errors.

Frigging Laporta!Send him down and he's no longer a clown.
My buddy and ex-teammate(a former infielder himself at TCU) who's opinion I trust, caught a couple of the Aeros games and he really likes Diaz at shortstop.
The system seems well stocked with power arms.I really like that.
With the recent run of closer injuries,Chris Perez going someplace for a bat isn't out of the question.
