After a much-needed day of rest, the Indians begin a two-game series with the Milwaukee Brewers at Progressive Field today. Fortunately for the Indians, who recently lost three in a row to the Minnesota Twins, today is Kluber Day. Yes, two-time AL Cy Young award winner Corey Kluber will be the starting pitcher for the Tribe. Kluber has been his usual outstanding self of late, having allowed only two earned runs over his last 29⅓ innings of work. He’ll be opposed by Junior Guerra, whose 2.65 ERA this season is the lowest among Brewers starters.

The Indians made a couple of roster moves earlier today, reactivating outfielder Lonnie Chisenhall from the disabled list and sending outfielder Bradley Zimmer back to AAA Columbus. Chisenhall will play right field and bat eighth for the Tribe in tonight’s game. And while it’s true that Zimmer has been a fine defensive outfieldercheck out this amazing catch he made against the Twins two days ago—right now Greg Allen, who will start in center field tonight,  does a better job of getting on base. If Chiz should get hurt again, which is far from unlikely, look for Zimmer to be back.

In case you missed the news: Indians slugger and imaginary parrot owner Edwin Encarnacion was named the American League Player of the Week for his recent performance, and rightly so. All EE did was bat .407 (11-for-27) with nine runs scored, two doubles, five home runs, and 13 RBI. Those last two stats in particular would constitute a pretty good month for many players.

Here are tonight’s starting lineups:
