I don’t care what you say — interleague is still fun to me. I do still like Jayson Stark’s (I think it was him, at least) idea that the rules should be flipped. When the Dodgers play in Cleveland, the pitcher should bat, and when the Indians play in Colorado, the DH rule should exist. But, I also know that is too much fun and will never happen.

The Indians dropped kind of a ho-hum game in game one of this three-game series. It was against Clayton Kershaw so you kind of expected to lose, but the Indians lost because of bad execution, bad bounces, and just general “what can you do” kinda plays.

But it’s okay, as they look to bounce back here on Wednesday night. Corey Kluber, his hard drive defragged and his operating system reinstalled, will take to the rubber to go against Brandon McCarthy, who is off to a very good start this season. It should be a good game — the Dodgers are a good team, and the Indians are a good team (even if they’ve struggled to act like it sometimes).

First pitch is at 7:10 EST.
