Josh Tomlin was good.
Bad Pitch to Sano in 1
Tribe Offense Still Sleeping.

Josh Tomlin got the Loss in this game, but he didn’t deserve it. He was fantastic. He gave up a meatball to Miguel Sano in the first inning, and that was your ballgame.

Oh, sure, there were pitchers and hitters who pretended to make the rest of the game relevant, but the final out was recorded (meekly, may I add) with the score 1-0 Twins, so Miguel Sano basically hit a walk-off home run in the first inning on the road.

I don’t know what to say. This game was boring — this game hurt me inside, this game penalized me for watching it. Why aren’t you doing better things with your time? I kept asking myself.

The Indians are going to be just fine — believe me — but right now, there isn’t much to say. They were bad tonight. They didn’t hit. They lost because they couldn’t score a single run.

The end.
