Hey, hey, hey! What’s good, Cleveland?

It’s a glorious, chilly Spring morning here in Seoul, South Korea, and I’m here to host the daily game thread. The Cleveland Indians have started the year amazingly well, sweeping the Texas Rangers (and destroying closer Sam Dyson’s soul in the process). After one of those early season off days, the Tribe stands to face off against the Arizona Diamondbacks in Phoenix, AZ.

The D-backs are fresh off successful opening series of their own, going 3-1 against the San Francisco Giants. The Indians will send this guy’s favorite pitcher to the hill in Josh Tomlin, and the D-backs will counter with Shelby Miller. Miller is fresh off a disastrous campaign in 2016, where he went 3-12 with a 6.15 ERA, and Josh Tomlin is fresh off a season of being… Josh Tomlin.

I will say this: I’m excited that Tomlin gets to pitch in the Buy-8-Get-1-Free League. Anything to make his life easier will make the Indians’ lives easier.

First pitch is at 9:40pm EST, tune in here for comments.
