Coming off of an 8-2 homestand, the Cleveland Indians head to Target Field in Minneapolis tonight for their final visit to the Twin Cities this season. The final 23 games of the team’s schedule is within the Central Division and the Indians control their own destiny as they head into the weekend with a six game division lead over the Detroit Tigers.

Tonight’s matchup will feature Danny Salazar (11-6, 3.78) in his third start this season against the Twins. He’s been pounded in his two previous starts against Minnesota (9ER/6.2IP) but seems to be finally rebounding into shape from his mid-season woes. Salazar has pitched only 11 innings in his last two starts with 21 strikeouts and three runs allowed (2.45 ERA).

Salazar will square off against Tyler Duffey (8-10, 6.24) who has performed somewhat better against Cleveland than the rest of the league, going 2-0 in three starts with a 4.19 ERA over 19.1 innings with 14 strikeouts.

Line-ups are below and first pitch is set for 8:10pm ET.
