The Indians come to Arlington in search of their offense as they square off against another potential playoff foe in the in Jonathan Lucroy and the rest of the Rangers for a four-gamer.
Now, I’m no math whiz, but I’m pretty sure the Indians would like to average a bit more than a run per game as they did in Oakland. It’s always been bit of a launching pad in Globe Life Park, which can really help the bats feel better about themselves. On the flipside, you would be forgiven if you are fearing Josh Tomlin’s ability to limit the powerful Rangers from continuing his current difficulties with giving up the crippling homers lately.
Just when you think things would start to stretch for the Indians in terms of the division, they’ve taken a turn onto another bumpy road. Nothing is ever easy.
