Unless you’re reading this from your grave, this is greatest month in Indians history you have ever witnessed.

The Tribe is currently 21-6 in the month of June, while outscoring their opponents by 65 total runs.

Only 10 times in franchise history have the Indians reached 22 wins in a month, and not since June 1965—back in the days when doubleheaders allowed for teams to pack more games into a month than with the current schedule.

The +65 run differential is also currently the 9th best in franchise history and the 10th time they’ve been +60 or better. Five of the previous nine times they were +60 in a month, they would go on to play in the World Series (twice in ’54, twice in ’48 and once in 1920).

The Indians are also riding a 12-game win streak, one shy of tying the franchise record set in 1951 and 1942.

To put those streaks into perspective, the 1951 mark was paced by a 27-year-old Larry Doby, who hit .391 with 12 RBI. The 1940 streak was led by All-Star outfielder Jeff Heath batting .404 with two home runs and 12 RBI.

Carlos Carrasco takes the mound for the Tribe against the Blue Jays and knuckleballer R.A. Dickey.

In his only outing against the Tribe in 2015, Dickey was dominant, allowing just one run in a complete-game victory.
