Bauer

I apologize up front for the relatively short Open Thread. I’m writing this before I head downtown. Apparently there’s some sort of parade today.

Coming off their fifth win in a row, the Cleveland Indians (40-30) look to finish their home stand a perfect 6-0 by completing a three-game sweep of the Tampa Bay Rays (31-38). Trevor Bauer takes the mound for the Tribe looking for his fifth win of the year. Bauer has been sensational lately, allowing just 7 runs over 29.2 innings in his last four starts. The Rays counter with right-hander Chris Archer, who is having a bit of a down year, with a record of 4-9 and a 4.60 ERA.

If you’re going to be downtown this evening, it’s important to note that the Indians have decided to charge just $16 for tickets. Either way, be sure to turn in and watch your first place baseball team and share your thoughts here at It’s Pronounced Lajaway!
