I know the All-Star Game isn’t for another week, but numerically speaking, the Tribe is entering the second half of the season–81 games played, 81 to go. Tonight the Indians begin a four-game homestand against the Houston Astros. Carlos Carrasco (10-6, 3.88) makes the start for the Indians against lefty Dallas Keuchel (10-3, 2.03).
What do the Indians need to do to win? We all know the two-part answer: Score (duh). And score early. The Indians are 26-8 when they score first and 12-35 when their opponent scores first.
