Can Trevor Bauer continue his recent stretch of good pitching? In his last three starts, the Indians right-handed pitcher has allowed only one run per start over 22 1/3 innings of work. While that’s not quite Kluberesque, it’s still pretty darn good. Let’s hope he can do something similar tonight against the Seattle Mariners.
The M’s send righty Taijuan Walker to the mound tonight. Walker has not pitched effectively this season; he enters tonight’s contest with an ERA of 7.33 and a WHIP of over 1.83. If you’re reading this, Joe Morgan, that last metric means that Walker lets a boatload of batters reach base safely. May he continue to do so tonight!
