The last time the Indians played the Tigers, it didn’t go well. As Forrest Gump would say “That’s all I’m gonna say about that.”

Tonight, Danny Salazar (1-0, 3.00 ERA) goes up against Shane Green (3-0, .39), who has held opponents to a .160 average so far this season. He went 21 2/3 innings before giving up a run this season.

Salazar had a good start against the Twin on Saturday, giving up two runs on six hits and a pair of walks in his season debut. He struck out 10 over six innings. He’ll be working on five days’ rest today. We hope that guy shows up tonight. However, Miguel Cabrera is batting .472 against Cleveland since the start of last season. He went 11 for 14 when the Tigers swept through Cleveland earlier this month and he’s 5 for 13 against Salazar.
