Tonight, Trevor Bauer will face off against Chris Young as the Indians arrive in Seattle. Safeco Field is a gem of a ballpark with some of the best food options I’ve seen; but it also has a cavernous outfield and is a pitcher’s park. The Tribe left Phoenix on a high note; let’s hope they can keep it rolling in the Pacific Northwest.

#TribeTrivia Who was the last Indians pitcher to wear a single-digit number?
— Ryan McCrystal (@TribeFanMcC) June 28, 2014
Stolen base with two outs turns into a run because Yan Gomes cannot get the ball out of his glove. Wow.
Jeff Juden?
I want to make every guess for every trivia question from now until the end of time “Bill Selby.” Whether it’s applicable or not.
If you do, I promise to answer Felix Fermin and/or Junior Ortiz. 🙂
I sadly used to love both Fermin and Ortiz. I guess they go along with my Ronnie Belliard model of weird players to love.
Bauer dealing at the Safe…nervous about having him out there at 110+ pitches….
Good one. Rick White wore #0 while pitching for the Indians in 2004.
I’m assuming Ryan Raburn doesn’t count, despite pitching one inning last year while wearing #9.
Yeah, I guess Rick White is sort of a secondary bonus answer. Since he wore 00.
And Raburn’s a good bonus answer also. Just looked it up, and even including position players, Raburn was the first single digit number on the mound since Juden.
I hate Francisco Rodney’s showboating.

put your hat on straight you idiot.
Winner winner chicken dinner! I might as well enjoy this one, since I’ll never get one again, unless of course the answer is Felix Fermin and/or Junior Ortiz… haha
