With Masterson out, a big deal has been made about how the rest of our starters need to step up. Big U, Kazmir, and Kluber seem to have done so, and Salazar has been great. It’s too bad Z-Mac has been struggling.
very much so. hasn’t looked good since he came back. he needs to be good for us to make a legit run.
As Tom Hamilton just said, Z-Mac has given up 13 runs over 13 innings in his last 3 appearances. He gave up more than 4 runs in each of those 3 starts. Previous to this streak, he had only given up 4 runs or more twice all year.
