It was a beautiful day for baseball, for any outdoor activity, really. But the Red Sox won the rubber match over the Indians, 14-2. While I take some solace in the fact that it wasn’t a shutout, it was a tough loss to take. Sometimes you’re drubbing another team into the ground, sometimes you’re the drubee. It happens. Ella Fitzgerald explains it best.
